Having decided on your final home design and accepted our proposal your new home is confirmed with our Building and Design Consultant and an initial deposit paid.
A survey may have already been completed. We will confirm availability of titles and request an engineer’s report for your new home site.
On completion of your technical drawings and specification documents we will ask you to review and note any questions or items for discussion. Once you are satisfied with the documentation, we will seek your approval by way of signatures.
On obtaining your formal finance approval we will seek all council approvals, engineering and energy efficiency assessments.
We will liaise with you and arrange your design & selection meetings (Commonly referred to as “The Pre-Start Meeting”.)
After your Pre-start Meeting we will supply a summary and pricing of any upgrades, selections or alterations made. Your authorisation will be required to proceed with these items.
This documentation will reflect any changes made from your original design sketch and also confirm all items authorised from your Pre-Start Meeting.
On receipt of relevant approvals and confirmation of your prestart items we will finalize your documentation and be ready to start on site.
At this point JFK Custom Homes will seek your signed authority to start construction of your new home. We will raise orders for materials and trades to start on site.
Our dedicated Site Supervisor will take control of your site and your new home. The siteworks will commence closely followed by your foundations and construction will have commenced.
