Hardy Road, Belmont

This four unit architecturally designed development was commissioned by an investment developer. Each unit features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area, stunning kitchen with granite counter tops and luxury finishes. The facades of each unit were all unique and equally impressive with a combination of feature stone and texture paint finishes.

This project was completed in June 2009, on time with a tight six month deadline and within two weeks of completion had all been sold.
